Lovely & welcoming hotel that just needs some attention! The staff were really helpful & friendly! Great location! Food was good! The view from the bedroom window was lovely and the gardens were well maintained with lovely views. Beautiful old property- wonderful bathroom!! Very dog friendly.

The view from the bedroom window was absolutely breathtaking. Sitting in the evening, watching the sun set over the sea was a truly memorable experience. the room itself was comfortable and well-furnished, with thoughtful amenities like tea and coffee making facilities. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from and fresh pots of coffee. the hotel provided a wonderful experience with amazing views, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

The location of the hotel, which was a little far from the town and not convenient to walk to. However, it was still possible to make the walk in about 10 minutes downhill if desired.

Lovely stay at a well-kept boutique B&B with amazing views. The vegan breakfast was fantastic and the bathroom facilities were wonderful. We enjoyed the available board games and outdoor games. Despite a few small maintenance issues, the staff were lovely and helpful. we would recommend this hotel.

I really loved how close the hotel was to the beach and the town of Barmouth. The location on a steep hill gave us breathtaking views across the bay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast included a full Welsh breakfast and a good mix of cooked and continental options. The room was bright, comfortable, and clean, with storage, refreshments, and seating provided. The bathroom had good toiletries and amazing fluffy bath sheets. The hotel also had a restaurant where we enjoyed delicious food on both nights.

That the Wi-Fi signal in our room was poor and intermittent.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The location, high above the township, provided amazing views of the sea. It was within easy walking distance of all local amenities, although it is located close to the top of a steep hill. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, including a chair and a lovely bathroom with fantastic views. The breakfast, served on hot plates, was delicious with locally-sourced ingredients and a fabulous view. We also appreciated the live music that added a nice touch to our dining experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Bae Abermaw Boutique B&B. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, even carrying our bags to the attic room with an amazing ocean view. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The bar area had a relaxing atmosphere, and the food was delicious. The location was ideal, with lovely sea views and a short walk to the beach. a quiet and relaxing stay with great service and attention to detail.

What a delightful Christmas getaway! We were greeted with warm hospitality and shown to our spacious and newly refurbished room. the stunning view of the bay from our window was absolutely breathtaking, especially with the sun shining brightly. the comfortable beds and splendid bathroom added to our enjoyment. Despite the intermittent hot water in the wash basins, the shower was remarkable with excellent water pressure. One of the best aspects was the outstanding breakfast, with the Welsh rarebit being a standout dish. the short walk from the hotel to town was convenient, allowing us to explore the area easily.

Although the hotel was newly decorated, it lacked a bit of character. It would have been more convenient to have bedside lights that could be turned off from the bed.

My Christmas at the hotel was good, with pleasant Christmas decor and friendly staff. the room was spacious with comfortable beds and a decent view. the location was exceptional, with easy access to the beach and the town center, making it a great base for exploring. I enjoyed the snug bar area which was perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The hotel was quite old and run down, with stained carpets and faded furnishings that gave the impression of neglect. the bathroom was a bit cramped, with outdated fixtures and no ventilation.
