We were amazed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Baglioni Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. One standout moment was when we arrived early and requested to be called when our room was ready. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a call, but the concierge staff quickly resolved the issue and got us settled in. The Italian style of the hotel added a special touch, and our room, complete with a fireplace and piano, made us feel right at home. The location, overlooking Hyde Park, was perfect for enjoying leisurely walks and exploring nearby restaurants. our experience at Baglioni Hotel was excellent and we highly recommend it.

Great value for the money. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, close to Hyde Park and Kensington for romantic strolls and shopping. But what really stood out was the exceptional staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip special.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

Excellent location near Hyde Park, 1min walk to Royal Albert Hall. Quick check-in, professional and polite staff. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Got free upgrades to spacious junior suites with comfortable beds, sitting area, and free WiFi. Will definitely stay again. 👍

I stayed at the Baglioni Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The Italian staff were attentive and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The Junior Suite was spacious and quiet, with the added bonus of opening windows. The hotel's location near Kensington Park was perfect for exploring the area and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Despite a minor issue with the TV and fireplace, the maintenance team quickly resolved the problem. I highly recommend this hotel for its Italian flair and excellent service.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being only a minute away from Hyde Park. The concierges, Tadas Vitkauskas and Phillip Morris, were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with information on the best independent shops. They even helped us with transportation to the Royal Albert Hall.

The room was spacious and clean, with a terrific bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered great facilities like a spa and bar for guests to enjoy.

There were a few disappointments with our stay, such as the cleanliness of the room. The glasses were filthy and there were dead insects on the window sill.

We had an amazing time on our recent holiday with everything being so on point. We really appreciated the complementary drinks upon our arrival and the staff were always there when we needed them. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with everything we wanted to see and do easily accessible. the room itself was very comfortable, with a great view, and we appreciated the fast internet connection.

While overall we had a wonderful time, we did have a few minor issues. We had to remind the cleaning staff a couple of times about a few items that had been left in the room and could have done without the confusion when it came to the optional charges on our bill.

As bike riders, we were thrilled with the hotel's proximity to Hyde Park. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds were perfect for resting after a day of cycling. We also loved the bonus of having an espresso machine in the room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of London, close to Royal Albert Hall concerts and the major stores on High Street Kensington. The room was beautifully decorated with an amazing view of Hyde Park. The bathroom was small but well done, with a tub/shower combo. The service was generally good, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. The hotel also had a nice reception, bar, and dining room. Additionally, there were facilities like a gym and spa available for guests.

The night room service menu lacked much choice.

We had a great stay at Baglioni Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the location is amazing, right opposite Hyde Park and a short walk from Knightsbridge and Harrods. The hotel offers a pleasant 30-minute walk through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park to Oxford Street. The amenities in the room were lovely, including a coffee machine, refills of water, and chocolates. We also enjoyed the convenience of the complimentary Maserati for short trips. a fantastic experience!
