I recently had a wonderful stay at a beautifully done house that was conveniently located near all the places I wanted to visit. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the walled courtyard, which was a perfect spot for breakfast in the morning. Neil, the host, was incredibly friendly and gave me great recommendations for places to visit in the area. He was always available to assist me with anything I needed. I felt well taken care of and I can't wait to come back.

We had a fabulous two-night stay in this Norfolk cottage. The property was tastefully decorated and had all the modern conveniences we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. The host, Neil, was extremely helpful and attentive, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and ensuring our requests were met. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of finding bread, jam, and eggs upon our arrival. The location of the cottage was excellent, with a top-quality village pub just a few yards away and a local farmer's shop around the corner where we could get fresh bread and other produce. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location, and staff were all fantastic.

loved the cozy and beautifully decorated property in East Rudham. The sofas were comfortable and fit everyone, perfect for a quick stop. The log burner was a highlight, keeping us warm and creating a lovely atmosphere. The host, Rachel, was amazing and provided helpful information throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

road noise was noticeable

The furnishings of the bedrooms were comfortable and pleasant to stay in. the private parking was excellent and convenient. It was also a bonus to have a blind on the Velux window.

The blinds and curtains in the bedrooms let in too much light early in the mornings, especially at this time of year. It was also disappointing that one small window did not have any coverage.

As adventure travelers, we loved the comfortable beds and relaxing lounge. The courtyard was a great sun trap. Matthew was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We were able to visit Houghton Hall and Wells next to the Sea during the day, and commute to Sandringham in the evenings.

We felt completely happy with our stay at Bakers Court. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our stay at Bakers Court was absolutely wonderful! We got excellent value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, right by a dog-friendly pub where the locals were incredibly friendly. The staff, especially Neil, were incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for food and places to visit. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

The only small improvement would be to have more breakfast offerings.
