The hotel was very clean and tidy, with spotless rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was tasty and generous. The hotel had easy-to-access off-road parking and was conveniently located near transportation options, making it easy to get into the city center of this city.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of my room and bed at Balkan Lodge. The cooked breakfasts were delicious, especially the tasty mushrooms. The location was convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away for easy access to the town center. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Despite being located on a fairly busy road junction, it is set in a lovely area away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The staff provide great service and the rooms are equipped with good facilities, including a hot tub and an excellent bed. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is served with hot food freshly cooked to order.

The only minor improvement that could be made is to provide blinds or curtains for the skylight in some rooms to ensure a more restful sleep.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a location that suited me perfectly. It was halfway between the Oxford United FC ground and the city center, making it very convenient to explore both areas. The hotel staff were friendly and provided good service. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and looked cozy. I appreciated that the rooms were cleaned daily and refreshed with fresh tea and biscuits. it was a good value for money stay.

I traveled to Oxford for a concert at O2 Academy and stayed at Balkan Lodge. My stay was wonderful, with a great room, delicious breakfast choices, and a friendly owner. The property had private parking and was conveniently located just over a mile from the city center. I could either take a bus, which ran every 10 minutes, or enjoy a beautiful walk along the Thames into Oxford. I would definitely return.
