I had a lovely time staying at Bank St Royal Mile. The location was perfect for exploring the Royal Mile and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The spacious flat provided plenty of room for me and my companions. The pictures of the apartment accurately represented the space, and the overall ambiance was elegant and relaxing. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as limited supplies and having to take out the garbage, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a great experience and would consider staying here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay in a great apartment just a few minutes' walk from the castle. The rooms were recently renovated and spacious, perfect for four people. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the town, and we were greeted personally upon arrival.

Washer with drying element, fully stocked kitchenware, and extra towels provided. Spacious flat for 3 people and walking distance to everything. Great communication with staff. As longer term business travelers, we loved the excellent location in the heart of the town, just a 3-minute walk from the castle. The recently renovated rooms and spacious living room were perfect for our stay. The apartment easily accommodated four people and was a great base for all the events we attended, including Hogmanay. It was also conveniently positioned for exploring the Royal Mile and the new town.

We felt very lucky to have found this property, as there were no complaints at all.

Liked the spacious rooms in the flat and the central location, which made it easy to explore the city. The fact that all the tours we wanted to take were within walking distance was a major plus. Additionally, having coffee provided for the french press was a nice touch for our late morning wake-ups.

Disliked the lack of clear directions to the flat, especially since there were no elevators and carrying luggage up the stairs was exhausting. It would have been helpful to have more detailed instructions on how to reach the flat without climbing stairs.
