I recently stayed at Barbican Reach in Plymouth for a few nights. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main quayside. The welcome was warm and friendly, and my room was quiet and clean with a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, including rare treats like kippers. a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at a guest house close to the Plymouth harbour. The property was well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. The hosts, Rob and Sue, were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough to meet our expectations. The room was spotless and provided us with a great night's sleep. The breakfast menu was beyond the standard fare and the grilled breakfast was delicious. we highly recommend this place for its incredible value and excellent location. Don't hesitate to book as it fills up quickly. A real gem of a find.

Great hosts, central location, clean room with good amenities. the hotel was situated within easy walking distance to various shops and restaurants in the city centre. the room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including coffee and tea-making facilities.

Everything you need, from restaurants and bars to artists' galleries and even the famous Plymouth Gin distillery, is just minutes away on foot. They even saved a parking space for us, which was a big relief in a high-demand area. The room was immaculate, and the shower was spacious. The homemade hollandaise sauce at breakfast was a real treat. The hosts were happy to provide information about local amenities and the Barbican. a great experience thanks to the great hosts. I'll definitely visit again soon.

Plus, the view from the rooms is lovely, peacefully overlooking parkland. The rooms themselves are clean, spacious, and tidy, with enough space for suitcases and moving around. The breakfast here is absolutely amazing! It's home-cooked and made especially for you, with a wide variety of options and cooked just the way you want it.
