We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, nestled on the shores of a stunning reservoir in the midst of beautiful gardens. The location was simply breathtaking, offering picturesque views from our warm and cosy room. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with quick and efficient check-in and friendly assistance throughout our stay. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. We also enjoyed the convenience of free Wi-Fi, allowing us to stay connected during our visit. The hotel grounds were a delight to explore, with a terrace and garden furniture providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. our experience at this hotel was one of luxury and enhanced comfort.

The lake view from the room was stunning. Surroundings were pleasant. Room size was good and the bathroom was recently renovated. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff provided exceptional service, always professional and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and the homemade tartare sauce with the fish and chips was divine. The leisure facilities and spa were outstanding, offering a luxurious experience.

The restaurant could benefit from offering a bar meal or a pizza take away service in the evenings, for those who prefer a lighter option.

For the money we paid, we got great value. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for us and our dog. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially Alex in the restaurant who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's location offered beautiful views of Rutland Water, and the grounds were well-maintained.
