stayed in newquay before but our recent stay at base surf lodge was exceptional! the friendly staff gave us great tips and the breakfast selection was top-notch. loved having access to the kitchen all day and the option to rent surfboards and wetsuits. a peaceful location near the beach and high street. highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at a surf lodge in Cornwall. The hosts made us feel right at home and were always happy to chat and provide helpful advice about local attractions. The location was perfect, close to both the high street and the beach, but still peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast provided a nice variety of pastries, cereals, and drinks to start our day off right. We also loved that we could use the kitchen anytime and even hire surfboards and wetsuits for a great price with no time restrictions. The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

We got great value for money at Base Surf Lodge, with a cozy room and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to the beach and high street but still peaceful. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with local tips and suggestions.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if the hand soap in the women's shower room was topped up more regularly. The breakfast selection, however, was fantastic and varied.

I recently stayed at Base Surf Lodge for a short break and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, with a great choice of pastries, cereals, juices, and jams. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful, offering us valuable tips and recommendations for things to do during our stay. I also loved that they offered surfboard and wetsuit rentals at a reduced price, with no time restrictions. The location was perfect, close to the high street and beaches but still peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!
