Just stayed at a lovely apartment right in the heart of Bath. the apartment was cute and had a great location. the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a good size. We particularly loved the amazing bathroom, which was a bonus for our group of four women sharing. Parking was convenient, right outside the front door. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning to 10 Grove St - Bath Holiday Suites.

This holiday suite is ideally located, right in the center and very close to all major attractions. I didn't need to use my car for the two days I stayed here. The rooms were well-equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen and a new modernized bathroom. The owner was extremely helpful and provided a parking permit for the neighborhood.

The room heat couldn't be controlled and the thermostat instructions were missing. the email with the door combination had the wrong code, causing some inconvenience upon arrival.

It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the sites, restaurants, shops, and even the supermarket. We also really appreciated the warm welcome and helpfulness of the owner who promptly answered all our emails prior to our visit.

Plus, there was a beautiful park just around the corner - perfect for romantic walks with my partner. the bedroom and lounge were comfortable, and the spacious shower room was a nice touch. the free wifi worked perfectly, and we enjoyed relaxing in front of the TV after a day at the Thermae Baths.

It would have been nice to have a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. We didn't realize this until we arrived and had already packed groceries.

The rooms felt drab and the system of locks between rooms was inconvenient and reminded me of a prison. It was also concerning that the host got confused about payment, which left me feeling worried.
