Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Good breakfast options with quality ingredients provided. Central location allowed easy exploration of the city. Owners available if needed. Traffic noise was minimal thanks to double glazing.

We stumbled upon Bay Tree House after our original hotel canceled last minute. Despite being more expensive and not offering breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed, and the fridge in the hall had breakfast options like fruit juices and pain au chocolat. The location was perfect, just an 8-minute walk from the city center, and the free parking was a bonus. Louise, the host, was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this great find!

This hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff, especially the lovely manager, provided excellent service. The room amenities, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, were very convenient. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV in the room. The dining options were great, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The free parking and Wi-Fi were a bonus. my stay at this hotel was comfortable and enjoyable.

This charming B&B is conveniently located near everything in the city center, making it the perfect spot for exploring. Just a short walk away from the Royal Crescent, you can easily visit all the nearby attractions. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, and equipped with modern facilities including a minibar and tea/coffee making area. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the delicious breakfast options cater to all tastes.

The rooms facing the main road might be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

Lovely Weekend Break

For our short stay in Bath, we opted to stay at a B&B which turned out to be a great choice. Although initially concerned about our room being at the front of the house, the noise from the busy road did not disturb our sleep.

The innkeepers were extremely helpful and accommodating during our Easter stay. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided extra amenities like a Nespresso machine and fresh milk.

That the hotel was a bit far from the central sights, but it was still walkable. Just something to consider if you prefer to be right in the heart of the action.

The value for money at this B&B was excellent and the room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. The location was superbly placed, just a quick 8-minute walk into the city center, and there was free parking available at the back of the property. The hotel is perfectly located just down the hill from the Royal Crescent, making it a convenient choice for those wanting to explore the city's historical landmarks. it is in a great area for shopping at the Christmas market, adding a festive touch to your stay. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as a coffee machine and a microwave available for guests to use. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful.

There is no lift access, so guests may have to carry their suitcases up the stairs.

I had a fantastic stay at Bay Tree House Bed & Breakfast. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and treated to a cup of tea. The cleanliness and quietness of the B&B were exceptional, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was hands down the best I had throughout my entire two-week trip. I would highly recommend Bay Tree House to anyone visiting the area. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again.
