We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a perfect view of the bay. The room was kept clean regularly and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast basket was always filled with delicious treats, and we never ran out of bottled water. The hotel owner was also very polite and made sure to check if we needed anything. Another bonus was the comfortable bed and the great TV for winding down after a long day.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the fridge in the room had a slight fault and ended up freezing our food and then defrosting it, resulting in wasted food.

I had a great experience staying at Bay View Rooms At Mentone. the staff was incredibly helpful and the check-in process was easy to follow. the room had everything we needed, including a fridge, tea facilities, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels and toilet paper were provided, and there was even fresh bread, butter, and marmalade. the room also had a coffee maker, which was a nice touch. the view from our room overlooking the bay was breathtaking. the location was convenient, with restaurants, bars, and a kids splash park just a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.
