beachdene guest house in skegness was a delightful surprise! the new owners, clive & julia, warmly welcomed us. the room was impeccably clean, with snowy white towels and bedding. the breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond. the location was perfect, just steps from the beach. we had a marvelous stay and highly recommend it.

I stayed at Beachdene Guest House for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful time. The owners Julian and Linda, along with their adorable pets, made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see. The garden with a shelter was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy my own drinks. a lovely experience that I would definitely book again. Thank you, guys! ❤️

The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to all the seafront activities. The area was lovely and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The family room was clean and spacious, with a double and single bed. It had all the necessary amenities, such as a TV, kettle, and tea/coffee. The bathroom, although small, had a full-size shower and was well-equipped with towels and toiletries. The staff, including the owners Clive and Julia, were amazing and very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of tea or coffee, orange juice, and a full English breakfast. There was also plenty of toast and cereal available.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we loved the convenient back garden area for smokers or just relaxing with a drink. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach and the main street with everything we needed. our experience at Beachdene was marvellous and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We recently stayed at Beachdene Guest House for a relaxing break. The proprietors and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and well equipped. We loved the outside guest area, especially the partly covered garden with its long tables and plenty of seating. The addition of two lovely and friendly dogs made our stay even more enjoyable.
