The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating, making sure that nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely, and they even left homemade cakes in the room as a special touch. The property itself is larger than it seems from the outside, providing ample space for guests.

The check-in window of 4pm to 7pm may be a bit restrictive for some guests, especially if arriving after dark and struggling to find the doorbell or a staff member available.

The only minor drawback was the limited parking spaces available in front of the building. However, this is not the fault of the owners and there are overnight parking options on the street.

Guests can easily access the beautiful Preston Sands beach, just a stone's throw away. the guesthouse is conveniently located just off the seafront at Preston sands, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views and refreshing coastal breeze.

Some guests have found the wardrobe in the room to be quite small, only suitable for a child. This lack of storage space could be inconvenient for guests with larger amounts of belongings.
