Great value for money, the room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic shower. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Menu for breakfast: Would have loved more variety on the breakfast menu.

Great central location for the train station and river. Spacious, nicely decorated room. Complimentary cereals, tea, coffee, biscuits, croissants. Bar downstairs is popular.

The Bear Inn exceeded our expectations with its spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast offerings in the room, including fresh milk, cereal, fruit juice, and croissants, were a lovely touch. The friendly staff and quaint pub atmosphere added to our enjoyable stay.

Felt like VIPs, staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.

We had a great stay at the Bear Inn. The room was large and comfortable, with a fantastic shower and plenty of towels. The continental breakfast provided in the room was a nice touch, and the small fridge was handy for storing our drinks. The staff was friendly and communicated well with us about replenishing supplies and room service. The location was central and we found the pub restaurant to be excellent value for money. a highly recommended choice for accommodation in a central location.
