The lodge was fantastic, absolutely huge with a spacious living area and dining table for family gatherings. The roof terrace was great for watching the world go by. Comfy beds and a special touch with big teddy bears for the little ones. The owners provided an amazing welcome pack, cleaning products, and even dishwasher tablets and washing powder. The WiFi was excellent for streaming movies in the evening. Definitely recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Bear Lodge with the roof terrace. The spacious living area was perfect for gathering with our family and the dining table and deck provided a great space for quality time together. The location was nice and quiet, with a view of the lake and occasional aircraft noise from the nearby RAF base. The price was reasonable, and we appreciated the extra touches like the coffee maker and dishwasher tablets. The decor was modern and clean, although the abundance of large soft toys was a bit odd for a higher-end stay. it was a lovely, homely property with everything we needed.

The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which provided a relaxing and luxurious experience. The location was also great, with a short 10 minute stroll to all the amenities. We felt well taken care of with the thoughtful welcome package and the attentive host. We can't wait to return in the future.

I recently stayed at Bear Lodge for a family vacation and had a fantastic time. The lodge was well-equipped and had a comfortable living area, as well as a spacious kitchen and a large veranda. The views from the roof terrace were absolutely stunning, and it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The lodge was immaculately maintained and the welcome package, including chocolates and wine, was a lovely touch. Bear Lodge provided a great space for making new family memories and I would definitely book it again.
