Bear's Well is a top-notch B&B with beautiful restoration and comfortable rooms. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and well-equipped. The location in the center of town is convenient, and there are public car parks nearby. The hosts, Peter and Nicola, go above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. The breakfast choices are excellent with high-quality ingredients and preparation.

Rooms were decent with good toiletries and the location was convenient, right in the heart of the town centre. The breakfast included a decent selection of locally sourced meat dishes.

The hotel was not well equipped to handle Christmas guests, we were neglected on Christmas Day and there was not enough room for all guests to sit in the dining area. The atmosphere lacked festive spirit and there was no attempt to make Christmas special.

I had a fantastic 9-day stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, central to the town center and just a short walk to the beautiful Levante beach. The hotel facilities were great, with large balconies, a secure gated accommodation, and a nice pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a kitchen and a washing machine. The best part was that the deposit was returned to me within 3 days.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bear's Well! It felt like staying with family. Peter, our host, went above and beyond, allowing us to check into our room early and providing us with valuable advice on local walks. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and everything was impeccably clean. The room itself was spacious, with a beautiful bay window overlooking the gardens. The bathroom was large, featuring a luxurious free-standing tub and a separate shower with excellent water pressure. The location was perfect, quiet yet conveniently close to the beach, town centre, and train station. There were plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance as well. The attention to detail, from fresh milk for our coffee to bathrobes in the room, was exceptional. We even left behind our AirPods, but Peter promptly found them and offered to send them to us. We would definitely recommend Bear's Well to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I was amazed by the luxurious amenities provided, from the high-end toiletries to the comfortable bedding. The service was impeccable, as the owners have a keen eye for detail to fulfill all my needs. I enjoyed the private facilities exclusively for my use, such as a spacious room and en suite bathroom. The location advantages were excellent with an easy stroll to the nearby restaurants and bars. I had an exceptional and opulent experience at this hotel.

The only minor issue I could find was the parking restrictions. There was no designated parking available, but I planned accordingly to arrive during the allotted free parking time.
