Room 232's intense outside lighting made sleep a challenge; blackout curtains would be a dream.

The hotel's decor was charming and cozy, perfect for us senior ladies to relax in. the sitting areas were inviting, and I especially enjoyed the lovely traditional touches throughout the hotel. Access for seniors was excellent, making it easy to navigate and enjoy our stay comfortably.

Would've appreciated more assistance from the children working there to cater better to senior guests.

I felt like royalty exploring Erddig Hall & Gardens and shopping in the Rows. Walking the 11-mile Horseshoe Falls route was a workout! Arches Bar provided the perfect spot for gossiping with pals over a G&T.

Who doesn't love noisy weddings keeping me up until the wee hours!
