We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a charming garden and close to the vibrant Montpellier area. The hotel was well-equipped with all the facilities we needed, from a lovely garden to relax in, to a sitting area where we could unwind after a busy day. The service from the staff was impeccable - they were quick to answer any question or satisfy any request we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch and added to our enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel in Cheltenham. The male receptionist and the waitress were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the owner even let us park our car for the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Had a fantastic experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in town. I particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice and the wide variety of choices for breakfast. Another advantage was the comfortable bed, which made for a great night's sleep.

That the room was a bit too hot for my liking, but it did not detract too much from the overall experience.

My partner and I stayed here for a Xmas getaway. the room was spacious and tidy. We had plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. the hotel was conveniently located near public transport and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The decor was outdated and uninspiring. the TV was small with limited channels.

The lounge and conservatory were very nice, and there was even an honesty bar. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious sausages. The location was convenient for those heading southwest on the M5.
