the diy breakfast was amazing, a delightful surprise. the cottage and garden were lovely, and the sausages provided were delicious. great location, definitely planning to return in warmer weather to enjoy the terrace. exceeded expectations, a truly wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at this little retreat in Kent! The property was spacious enough for all 6 of us and had everything we needed, from towels to toiletries. The complimentary breakfast ingredients were a lovely touch. The location was secluded and peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed sitting outside in the garden, listening to the birds and the owls at night. The owners were welcoming and accommodating, and we felt safe and cared for during our stay.

We felt so taken care of, no complaints at all.

The location of the cottages is beautiful, with a tranquil setting and lovely outdoor space to enjoy. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing a welcome pack with delicious breakfast items like bacon, eggs, and sausages. the facilities were impressive, including BBQ facilities with charcoal provided, as well as shower gel and spare razors in the bathrooms.

A small suggestion would be to put a lock on the bathroom door.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming cottage nestled in a peaceful spot. The host, Cathy, greeted us with a warm smile and provided helpful assistance throughout our visit. The cottage was immaculately clean, and the fridge was well stocked with delicious local produce, including milk, sausages. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the place and the beautiful view from the deck. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day, sipping wine and indulging in a good book. We can't wait for another opportunity to return to this lovely retreat.

We stayed at a lovely little cottage near Brands Hatch for a few nights. The self-check-in process was seamless, allowing us to easily access the property. The breakfast provided was generous and of great quality, with a wide variety of hot drink options and delicious farm produce. The cottage itself was well-equipped, comfortable, and situated in a quiet and picturesque area. The hosts were attentive and even accommodated my gluten intolerance. Highly recommended for both race enthusiasts and those looking to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
