We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were comfortable and well-maintained. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking, as we were able to easily leave our car and explore the local attractions. The hotel's location just on the outskirts of the city was perfect for us, as it provided a quiet and peaceful escape while still being close to the train station and most of the places we wanted to visit.

The train station is only a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to travel to Belfast town and other prime destinations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provides tea and coffee makers in the rooms, allowing guests to enjoy a hot beverage at their convenience. With friendly and attentive staff, the hotel caters to customer requirements with great service.

Midway through a makeover, no baths, only showers, awful juice, but comfy beds and pillows. Good food, nice rooms, sometimes upgraded to suites with balconies. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at breakfast. Convenient location for our needs.

The room and bed were exceptionally comfortable. The balcony was a welcome addition. Staff were extremely helpful, fulfilling requests quickly. Special mention to Barbara and Marion for going the extra mile.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we had a fantastic experience in terms of room quality and amenities. The executive room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room provided ample space and had a wonderful ambiance. Additionally, the Harp Inn bar within the hotel was a great spot to unwind and enjoy a drink.

There were a few downsides. On a previous stay, we had a room located above a Tesco car park, resulting in a sleepless night due to the noise of stock lorries.
