The most incredible hospitality I have ever experienced in a B&B or hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a cherished friend rather than a guest. The attention to detail was mind-blowing, with luxurious towels, a spacious room with a breathtaking view, and a delightful variety of teas. The thoughtful gesture of a pot of tea upon arrival truly warmed my heart. The hosts, Carol and Terry, were kind and attentive throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The house itself was a masterpiece, beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The bed was beyond words, providing the most blissful sleep I've ever had. And let's not forget Ceri's incredible breakfasts - simply divine. This B&B is in a league of its own, offering an experience unlike anything you'll find elsewhere.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We were able to easily visit various attractions and had a great time exploring the city. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay during our trip.

The noise from the nearby road was quite bothersome, especially at night. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the elegant style of the house and its glorious garden added to the overall charm. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff, Carol and Ceri, were fantastic hosts, providing a friendly and generous welcome throughout our stay. They even surprised us with a balloon and card to celebrate our anniversary. We can't wait to stay here again!

This hotel is an absolute luxury experience! the room was beautifully decorated and had exclusive amenities that made me feel like royalty. the garden area was stunning and perfect for relaxing. the breakfast was delicious and exceeded all my expectations. the service was top-notch and the staff were warm and welcoming. I can't wait to return!

The only minor issue I had was the lack of a leisure/TV room. the private facilities in the room more than made up for it.
