The food at the inn was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of options to choose from. the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. the inn had a charming and comfortable atmosphere, creating a cozy ambience that made our stay enjoyable. the spacious and nicely designed bathroom in our room was a pleasant surprise.

Our room was uncomfortably hot, and despite complaining, the issue was not resolved. the breakfast, although made with decent produce, was poorly cooked, resulting in overcooked eggs and bacon.

I especially enjoyed the complimentary Gin and Whiskey in the resident drawing room. the food at the hotel was also delicious, with a great complimentary breakfast and even a surprise brownie for my wife's birthday. it was the best hotel experience we've ever had.

Additionally, the breakfast spread, accompanied by some pleasant music, is a delightful way to start the day.

I had such a wonderful stay at Bel And The Dragon-Kingsclere. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made my anniversary trip extra special. The room was impeccable and the dog bed provided for our furry friend was a thoughtful touch. The pub had a great selection of beers and the food was top-notch, with generous portion sizes. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside and we even enjoyed complimentary whisky in the cozy drawing room. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

I recently had a delightful stay at a cosy rustic coaching inn. The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the lovely rooms. Attention to detail was evident throughout, from the beautiful decor to the small child's bedroom attached to some of the rooms - a sweet touch. The large en-suite bathrooms with free-standing baths were a treat, complete with good facilities and much-appreciated extras. Additionally, the included breakfast with some music was a perfect start to the day. As a bonus, the hotel's location was ideal for enjoying the pub and exploring the surroundings.

The location of the restaurant was fantastic, with options to sit in a separate residents only area or in the back beer garden. The room had beautiful old beams and the bathroom, though with just a shower, was still adequate. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There were interesting books everywhere and complimentary gin. a charming and comfortable stay.

That there were no chairs in the small Nutkin room, but the beautiful beams made up for it.

The drink facilities in the room were lacking.

We stayed at Bel and the Dragon for one night after visiting the Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery and going on a Sunday walk. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, with luxurious bed linen and a spacious bathroom. The complimentary Bramley bathroom products were a delightful touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the three-course NYE meal and the cozy atmosphere. The hotel also had a lovely drawing room for guests, filled with books and games. we loved our stay at Bel and the Dragon and will definitely return.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel in Kingsclere. The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome.

The room was full of character with a fantastically comfortable and very large bed. The ensuite was well equipped and everything worked properly and was clean. The shower was a good one and the bathroom floor was heated. The towels were superior.

The hotel facilities were great, with a large and high beamed upstairs drawing room for residents to relax in. The location in the back beer garden was perfect, providing a lovely outdoor space to enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel well looked after throughout my stay.
