Enjoyed our stay

I recently stayed at a charming inn in the Oxford area and had a lovely time. The executive room I booked was clean and well-furnished, although it was slightly smaller than I expected. The restaurant served delicious food, except for a small cod dish that my husband ordered. We mentioned the issue multiple times to the staff, but unfortunately, it seemed to fall on deaf ears. However, the comfortable bed and ample breakfast options made up for it. We also enjoyed a delightful pizza while watching a match in the bar. Although a bit pricey, it was worth it. despite the small hiccup, we had a great holiday and I would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Bell Guest House. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. The food at dinner was excellent, and our room was extremely comfortable, with a great shower. The complimentary flask of milk for tea, coffee, or hot chocolate was a nice touch after a long day of shopping in Bicester. The restaurant menu was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The breakfast options were also great, providing the perfect fuel for another day of shopping. The location was convenient for visiting Oxford, with parking available and a nearby bus stop. The building itself had a charming atmosphere, complete with a library. The toiletries and tea/coffee facilities provided in the room were of good quality.

I had an amazing stay at this charming boutique hotel. The room was beautifully decorated with lovely artwork on the walls. I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome cafetiere and some delicious biscuits waiting for me. The attention to detail was impeccable! The food at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The roast pork in the open kitchen looked mouthwatering, and I can't wait to return to devour the crackling. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable experience.

I had a fantastic trip to Bell Guest House and I can't express how impressed I was. The staff members were easy-going and made check-in and out very swift. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. The restaurant at the guest house was amazing, with a menu to die for. The friendly team even provided us with a fresh flask of milk for our tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was great as well, providing a choice of cereals, pastries, and a cooked breakfast. a perfect stay for a shopping trip to the area.

Felt like family, no complaints at all.

We recently stayed at the Bell Guest House and had a fantastic experience. The dinner was one of the best we've had, comparable to top-class restaurants in Dubai, Italy, and London. The staff were friendly and the wine list was excellent. The rooms were amazing, particularly the showers. We were even impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, who kept the restaurant open a little longer for us. The homemade pizzas were delicious. We loved our stay and would gladly make a detour to stay here again.

I stayed at The Bell in Kidlington for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The bar served delicious ale and the restaurant had a great menu with options for every taste. I loved the traditional Victorian bath and the warm, comfortable room. The breakfast of Eggs Benedict was a tasty way to start the day. a perfect choice for both work and leisure stays.

Wonderful Sunday Roast Experience

We stumbled upon this hidden gem after a day of shopping at Bicester Village and it was the perfect find! Our waiter, Callum, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The open kitchen allowed us to see the chefs working their magic without any fuss. The highlight of our meal was definitely the roast beef with its mouthwatering gravy. The food was delicious, the setting was fabulous, and the staff were great. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant to others. a fantastic dining experience!

The small room we dined in for our birthday dinner was perfect for our party of six. The grilled prawns starter was excellent and the steak and frites, fish and chips, and 12 grilled prawns for my granddaughter were all delicious. The grouse breast that my wife and I chose was absolutely perfect. The service was extremely good, friendly, and efficient, despite it being a busy Friday evening. I had first-class food and excellent service. I would definitely go again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely pub with cosy atmosphere, comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, quiet setting, nice room with comfortable bed and large shower.

Not one thing.

I had such a great value for my money at Bell Guest House. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and I loved the walk-in shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Oxford, with parking available and a nearby bus stop. The charming atmosphere and library added an extra touch of coziness to my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more vegetarian options.

The parking at the hotel was convenient and hassle-free. It was a relief to not have to drive around searching for a parking spot. the staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Another positive aspect was the food. The options were great and the flavors were delicious, with the dishes being well presented.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the lack of a shower in the room. It was inconvenient to not have the option to take a quick shower and only having a bath available.
