Spacious accommodation, lovely log burner, comfortable and not fussy, helpful owner, gorgeous walks, good location for exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large log burner and a basket of logs provided. We loved using the full kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking meals. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Herefordshire and surrounding areas. We also appreciated the helpful instructions from the staff, which made check-in and directions easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to arrive early. it was a wonderful experience.

The property is in a stunning location with easy access to the countryside. The space is huge and perfect for a family. The full service kitchen and separate dining room were very convenient. We loved the complimentary bag of firewood and the lit Christmas tree that welcomed us. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home.

The location is mind-blowing, with peaceful grounds and plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen is super, with all the cookware and utensils you could need, and there's a large lounge area to relax in. The entrance hall is jaw-dropping, and the key holder is incredibly helpful. The upstairs bedroom is a fantastic size.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surroundings. It provided a peaceful and picturesque setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel staff and owners were extremely pleasant and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few areas that could be improved upon, such as the beds. The mattresses were uncomfortable, especially the double bed, which desperately needed to be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay at the quaint and charming Bell Tower cottage in Hereford. The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and comfortable, complete with a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for a peaceful countryside getaway, with easy access to Hereford. The staff, especially Jaime, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. And our furry friend was also made to feel at home, with immediate access to the beautiful parkland for walks.

The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the food for breakfast had more variety.
