The room was clean and spacious, with complimentary chocolates. the hotel had excellent grounds for walking and was close to Belton House National Trust and Belton Garden Centre. the staff were helpful and courteous.

The bar menu for evening meals was limited, and breakfast was basic. the noise level in the swimming pool during children's hour was high and not relaxing.

The hotel had great facilities, including a lovely pool that my grandson really enjoyed. We also loved walking around the beautiful grounds. the buffet-style dinner and breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, which suited our tastes perfectly. the location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider returning for a longer stay to make use of all the other activities available.

One of the rooms I stayed in had an issue with ants in the bathroom, but the staff quickly moved me to another room. the rooms themselves were a bit outdated and could use some updating.
