From the moment I arrived, Lee made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast served by Chris was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect, with easy access to various venues and attractions. The atmosphere was warm and inclusive, making it a great choice for the LGBT+ community. Lee and Chris went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this B&B and can't wait to visit again.

The b&b was lovely, clean, and beautifully decorated. The little extra touches in the room like balloons, petals, and chocolates were amazing. The breakfast was superb and Sophie's daily room cleaning was appreciated. The location was great, close to the tower and north pier, with prompt and reasonably priced taxis.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed into a clean and beautifully decorated home. Our room was exactly as shown in the photos and it was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet. the hostess, Sophie, was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast was also excellent, and Sophie even went out of her way to accommodate my wife's request for a vegetarian sausage. we couldn't fault this place.

our long weekend stay at lee & chris's belvedere in blackpool was exceptional. from the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions, providing a delicious breakfast with extra bacon and sausage. the room was cozy and had lovely touches like rose petals and chocolates. the location was convenient, and the host, lee, constantly checked in to ensure our happiness. we loved it so much, we've already booked another stay!

I recently stayed at this absolute gem of a place for a couple of nights. The rooms were immaculately clean and nicely decorated, and the bed, bedding, and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts, Chris and Lee, were perfect. The location was convenient with the tram just a two-minute walk away. it was a cozy and welcoming experience with plenty of little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Stayed for the night before running the half marathon. Sophie and Julie were incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. They even made a specially requested breakfast to fuel my run. Great location for bars and restaurants, yet still quiet for a good night's sleep without disturbances.

We had an amazing stay at a clean, beautifully presented hotel. Sophie, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From the moment we stepped through the front door, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and Sophie even cooked a vegetarian sausage for my wife when she mentioned she had never tried one before. We couldn't fault the place and Sophie's hospitality was exceptional.

Lee & Chris'S Belvedere - Adults Only is a hidden gem located close to the bars at the north end. The warm and cosy room was exceptionally clean and had a comfortable bed. The attentive service provided by the hosts made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The delicious breakfast, personalized based on preferences, was a great way to start the day. The location was convenient, being only a 5-minute walk from the main attractions.

As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the free parking just a few yards away. The warm welcome, clean and beautifully decorated home, and comfortable room made our stay enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was conveniently situated near all the major attractions, within walking distance of the train station, and in a nice area. The room was spotless and had great features like a coffee machine, fan, and robes. The breakfast was delicious and catered to our vegetarian requests. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
