Decent location near key attractions. the hotel had a nice beer garden for enjoying music in the evenings. Plus, the staff was amazing, especially Liam, who went above and beyond to correct any mistakes made by others.

The receptionist was unwelcoming and unhelpful, and the bar staff struggled to handle a mildly busy bar. the breakfast options were limited, with no gluten-free options and poorly cooked items.

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep. the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, creating a homely atmosphere. the hotel offered a lovely garden and a restaurant with excellent food options.

The staff's lack of communication regarding accessing the property after hours caused initial confusion and panic. the kitchen closed earlier than advertised, leaving us without the option to dine in the restaurant.

We stayed at Bennachie Lodge for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely fantastic. The room felt like a luxurious self-contained apartment, complete with a four-poster bed. The evening meal was a culinary delight, especially the mouthwatering Angus burger. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel's dog-friendly atmosphere was perfect for our furry companion. The beautiful grounds added to the overall charm of our stay.

Our room at Bennachie Lodge Hotel was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was decent. Despite a minor inconvenience of the bed's position under the eaves, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel. it was excellent value for our two-night stay. We would definitely consider staying here again if we're in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely little traditional hotel. the room was excellent, featuring a comfortable four-poster bed and spacious layout. the evening meal was top-notch, leaving us so full that we opted for a simple toast and tea breakfast. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in late due to unforeseen circumstances at work. We can't thank them enough for their understanding and assistance. Plus, the hotel is very dog-friendly, allowing our puppy to join us in the bar and at breakfast. a homely and welcoming experience with clean accommodations and friendly staff.

The prices at this hotel were really reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of the food served in the evening. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering portable heaters in the frosty morning. The location was great for exploring the North-East and Aberdeen.

The meals weren't the best, cracked and dirty glasses were given, and the breakfast took too long. the bathroom had a bad smell and the lighting wasn't enough.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The garden was absolutely beautiful and it was so lovely to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee while waiting for our family and friends. The hotel was also very dog-friendly, which was perfect for us as we were traveling with our puppy. They even allowed our puppy to join us in the bar and at breakfast. The room was clean and the shower was fantastic. The staff made a fuss of our dog and were great throughout our stay. we had a great experience at Bennachie Lodge Hotel in Kemnay.
