The Benson Hotel provided excellent value for money with its clean and well-presented rooms, along with a fabulous breakfast. The location was great, situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the North Pier and town center. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, making our stay special.

We had an incredible time at the Benson Hotel! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Our room was lovely and the beds were so comfy. We didn't hear any noise from outside, so we got a great night's sleep.

We felt safe and had no complaints at all during our stay.

The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The hotel's location on the North side of the beach, just a few yards away from the tram line, was perfect for exploring. The service from the staff was outstanding, and the basic amenities in the rooms were great - I especially loved the white fluffy towels.

Everything was superb, couldn't ask for more.

Le petit déjeuner était assez "light" et il manquait des options sucrées comme des viennoiseries.

I had such a lovely time at this small hotel. The hosts, Glen and Sarah, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was spotlessly clean, well-ventilated, and had everything we needed. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a customised option just for us. The value for money and quality of service received at Benson Hotel - Small Families & Couples Only were outstanding. I highly recommend staying here for a delightful experience.

We stayed at Benson Hotel for the Blackpool Marathon Festival and it was the perfect location, just a short walk to the start line. The owners, Jim and Lynn, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, offering us an early check-in and a late checkout. They even had water and bananas prepared for the runners. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely choose Benson Hotel again if we're back in the area.

We loved the well-kept exterior and the tastefully decorated interior, especially the New York themed room we stayed in. The breakfast menu was superb, and we can't wait to come back again.

Parking can be a struggle.

It is also right next to a tram stop, allowing guests to explore Blackpool's seafront for a reasonable price of £2. The rooms are clean and homely, with en-suite facilities, a kettle, hairdryer, and a selection of tea, coffee. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a warm and pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved the fabulous breakfast at this hotel. They had a great variety of options to choose from and the food was delicious. the hotel rooms were very clean and well presented, with fluffy white towels that made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel.

The only minor dislike I had during my stay was the presence of plug-in air fresheners in the rooms. I personally found them unnecessary and a bit overpowering.
