Enjoyed my stay at this hotel with friendly staff that provided great customer service. The rooms had unique and lovely decor and were kept impeccably clean. The location was perfect as it was close to town center and major attractions, making it easy to get around. My favorite part was relaxing in the beautiful garden with a pond, which added to the peaceful and relaxing ambiance of the place.

While the hotel was charming, the walls were a bit thin, and the noise level in rooms was high. Additionally, it would have been more helpful if the welcome pack included information on local restaurants and attractions. However, these were minor issues, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a welcoming and quirky establishment while visiting the area.

I recently stayed at Bentley Tower Hotel for a fishing trip with my grandson. The themed decor, featuring framed cinema and theatre posters, was a unique and inspiring touch. The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The communal areas were intimate and cozy, and the courtyard garden was a pleasant spot to relax. The room itself was comfortable and full of character, with a soft bed and reliable heating. The breakfast was top-notch and provided great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Ipswich.

Nous avons apprécié séjourner dans cet hôtel qui est situé juste au bord de la mer. La proximité de plusieurs bons restaurants était très pratique et nous avons pu profiter du centre de la ville facilement. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec une salle d'eau moderne. Le service était agréable et le petit déjeuner copieux offrait un bon choix de nourriture. De plus, la vue depuis notre chambre était magnifique.

Nous avons constaté que l'insonorisation des chambres était insuffisante. Les bruits provenant des étages supérieurs et du couloir étaient très audibles, gâchant ainsi notre tranquillité.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to the town center. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel's door, providing direct routes to the town center and other popular destinations like the Greyhound pub and the Marina. This makes it very convenient for backpackers like myself to explore the area without any hassle. the hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and well-functioning showers.

While the hotel offers comfortable rooms and a convenient location, some previous guests have mentioned issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms.
