The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the hospital where my son had an early appointment. One of the best aspects was the breakfast, which was tasty and filling. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

There were a few issues that could be improved upon. the beds were a bit noisy and uncomfortable, which affected our sleep.

had a fantastic date night at this hotel in newcastle upon tyne! rooms were quiet and spacious, loved the convenience of the fridge and microwave. cafe had a great atmosphere and delicious food. overall, a wonderful stay and perfect location.

No air con or fan in top floor rooms.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and showed me to my room. I was pleasantly surprised to find a kettle, microwave, and utensils available for use in multiple areas of the hotel. The main lounge area was comfortable and had a large TV for entertainment. The room itself had great amenities including a garment steamer, extra bed, and plenty of storage space. The shower was easy to use and the toilet roll was of high quality. the hotel provided a homely atmosphere and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room.

The room was clean and modern, staff were friendly, convenient location near supermarkets and restaurants, easy access to city center.

I gotta say, Bentleys in Newcastle really gave me a bang for my buck. The room was comfy, quiet, and dark at night, perfect for a peaceful sleep. The location was spot-on for where we needed to be, and the friendly staff treated us like VIPs.

The only thing that could've made the morning meal better is if there were more vegetarian options.
