We had a wonderful time at Berehayes Holiday Cottages. The wood burner in our living area made it really cosy, and we loved the excellent pool and sauna facilities. They even had adult-only swim time at the beginning and end of the day, which was a nice touch. The outdoor areas were beautiful, with plenty of spots to sit and take a stroll. We also enjoyed the BBQ area, which could be booked on a rota to ensure it wasn't overcrowded. The WiFi was great, and the clean beds were very comfortable. We even had the opportunity to meet and feed the animals. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we left something behind - they promptly sent it back to us without any issues.

The indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were such a treat! And the massage was absolutely heavenly. The views from Lamberts Castle and Pilsden Pen were breathtaking.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of paying extra for wood for the fire and the delightful surprise of restrictions on the electric radiators.

The cottage we stayed in was cozy and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family of four. We also appreciated the location, with a fantastic pub just a short walk away and a convenient drive to the nearby Charmouth beach.

There were a few issues during our stay. We encountered some initial problems, such as no hot water, missing basic amenities, and a fridge that was turned off.

On the positive side, the location of the cottages is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach. With the sea and beach just a 5-minute drive away, guests can easily enjoy a day by the coast. the cottages offer a nice indoor pool, perfect for a rainy day, and there are alpacas on site that guests can feed, adding a unique touch to their stay.

Some guests have mentioned that the accommodation can be quite basic and dated, and that there are limitations on the heating system, which may result in a cold stay.
