The hotel was nicely decorated and furnished, with local art on the walls. the communication with the staff was excellent and we received a warm welcome. - the location of the hotel was prime, with easy walking access to everywhere we wanted to go.

Some rooms were small and facing noisy areas, which could be disruptive. The TV offering was poor due to an issue with the property's aerial and the Wi-Fi was weak.

The location of our hotel is absolutely fantastic, right near the centre of town. We are close to everything important to see in the city, but still in a quiet area away from the noise. You can easily explore the vibrant city and also visit the historic Clifton area, which is just a short distance away. Our rooms are very comfortable, providing you with a cozy place to relax after a long day of exploring. The decor is nice, adding a touch of elegance to your stay.

One small detail to be aware of is that the breakfast options are limited.

Great central location in a peaceful square. Tasty homemade breakfast with a wide choice of herbal teas. Spacious, comfortable room with a mix of contemporary and antique furnishings. Welcoming and helpful staff, made guests feel relaxed. Definitely worth a return visit.

The room we stayed in was exceptionally large and comfortable, with a spacious en-suite bathroom. The bed was huge and provided a great night's sleep. The room had a lovely view of Cabot Tower and its park, which made for a pleasant atmosphere to relax and enjoy a good book. The hotel also provided a light breakfast with delicious coffee, perfect for fueling up before a day exploring the city. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to easily visit all the main attractions. There were also nearby council car parks for convenient and secure parking.

The high ceilings and beautiful paintings on the walls added a touch of elegance to the stay. the location was perfect, close to shops and conveniently located for my needs.

The bathroom was not heated and was quite cold. It would have been nice to have at least one drawer in the room for storage.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Arnolfini, M Shed, and the river area. The university of Bristol is also nearby. Guests can easily explore the city and its historic sites, such as Cabot Tower. The rooms are comfortable and offer a nice view. The service is exceptional, with friendly and professional staff. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast and a cup of coffee at the reception.

One aspect that some guests may find odd is the shower being in the bedroom.

The suite was beautiful and comfortable with a huge comfy bed and big windows. The location was perfect, right off Park Street in the West End and below Brandon Hill and Cabot Tower. The staff were welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond. The breakfast, although basic, was a nice touch. The décor was delightful with lots of art work giving it a bohemian feel. The check-in process was professional and welcoming.
