Our stay at Berkswell was fantastic. The spotless apartment felt like our own little home. The welcoming host, Denise, made us feel right at home. The location was ideal for traveling with our two kids, ages 3 and 8. We were right next to South Pier, Pleasure Beach, and Waterpark! Plus, the tram stop was just a 5-minute walk away. An added bonus was finding parking right outside the property, which can be difficult in this area.

We had an excellent stay at the apartments, they were very clean and fresh. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal, especially when traveling with young children. Right next to South Pier, Pleasure Beach, and Waterpark! The tram stop was just a 5-minute walk away. We were even able to park right outside the property, which can be difficult in the area. We will definitely book with Denise again when we return. Thank you!

a lovely stay in blackpool, this time at berkswell. staff were friendly and accommodating, location perfect for a family with pleasures beach and a pool nearby. felt like our own little home, clean and welcoming. will definitely book again!

car park confusion

Location very convenient, close to the attractions and amenities. Flat was well equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay.

Host was rude and lacked understanding when it came to unexpected situations. Made us feel uncomfortable with constant questioning and shouting.

The rooms were immaculate and had a modern, fresh look. The beds were comfortable and gave us a great night's sleep. The location was unbeatable, just a minute's walk from the main attractions.

The owner was a bit strict with noise levels and seemed bothered by our toddler's natural energy. It made us feel like we had to constantly restrict his movements in the apartment.

Stayed at an apartment with a dining area, and guess what? It had an oven! Wow, so fancy! The location was great, close to a casino and an amusement park. They even had a sun terrace, because who doesn't love a good sunbathing session in Blackpool?

Oh, and how could I forget the best part? The patio and seating area in the apartment were just absolutely terrible, definitely the highlight of my stay.
