The location of Bermondsey Square was perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. We had easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The hotel captured the true vibe of the neighborhood, providing us with a local experience. The rooms were well-designed, outfitted with everything we needed, and offered a quiet environment despite facing the street. The friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and the hotel was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and neighborhood experience.

The charming lobby decor, wonderful staff and clean and comfortable room with excellent views of the city made our stay at this hotel enjoyable. Although the venue is a bit far from the underground station, we loved the easy access to London's tourist attractions and the thriving neighborhood with entertainment options. We were impressed with the hotel amenities including the room service, laundry and dry cleaning services, and the in-room facilities such as the mini-bar, in-room safe, and terrace. The staff had excellent customer service, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in a convenient location.

The location was perfect - convenient for transportation. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the Shard. Comfortable bed and a Nescafé machine in the room. Conveniently located near bus and train stations.
