Lovely staff and delicious food! the standout aspects of the stay at this hotel were the friendly and welcoming staff, particularly Louise, who made us feel at home, and the tasty food served in the dining room. the lack of proper ventilation in some rooms and limited parking spaces were drawbacks that impacted the overall experience.

The room at Hotel Coco in Felixstowe was cozy and had all the essentials. I loved relaxing by the window with a cup of tea. It felt like a nice retreat after a day of exploring. Cons: the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, which could bother light sleepers.

celebrated my bday in Felixstowe & best western outshined with comfy rooms, great loc, helpful staff. loved the cozy atmosphere, ample amenities, and proximity to all attractions. highly recommended!

When we checked in, we found the room clean, spacious and warm. the staff were friendly and attentive, offering lovely breakfasts and value-for-money dining options. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surroundings, with the added convenience of free parking. the dated decor and some faulty power sockets in the room were minor inconveniences. a pleasant stay with great service and amenities, perfect for our next adventure in the area.

I truly enjoyed the charming decor throughout the hotel, especially the cozy lounge area with its elegant furnishings and beautiful seaside accents. the hotel's easy accessibility for senior guests was a delightful surprise, with wide hallways and comfortable seating areas scattered around for resting.

Better lighting would help prevent any accidents, the children working there should really consider this small improvement.
