We had a fantastic stay with polite and helpful staff. Our bedroom was clean, well stocked, and had a great sitting area. The hotel's location was convenient, close to a retail park and right in the city center.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel near Reading and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and accommodating staff. The check-in process was smooth and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel offered free wifi, which was a great convenience, and the ample free parking made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area without worry.

We did find a few aspects of the hotel that could use improvement. The decor in some areas felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh.
