The staff were extremely friendly and were always happy to help. Isobel in the restaurant was particularly welcoming and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the great selection of food at breakfast, with options for both a full fry up and continental choices. The hotel is conveniently located not too far away from the coastline, making it a great choice for those looking to explore the beautiful Welsh coast. the hotel facilities were excellent, and there was plenty of parking available. Additionally, the location to the stadium was ideal for attending a rugby game, and the lounge provided a great spot to relax after the main event.

During my recent backpacking trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the Llanelli area. The location was situated on a very steep hill, providing a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The room I stayed in was spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for my belongings. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a walk-in rainforest shower and double sinks. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with warm greetings and helpful assistance throughout my stay. The restaurant offered delicious food, with a variety of options to choose from. The buffet on Saturday was particularly enjoyable. my experience at this hotel was highly positive, offering great accommodation and wonderful dining options.

One minor drawback I encountered during my stay was the lack of advance notice about a loud party being held at the hotel. However, this was promptly communicated upon my arrival, and the staff still maintained their friendly and helpful demeanor throughout my stay.

The hotel had reliable Wi-Fi, which was great for staying connected. the location was convenient, being close to Ffos Las for horse racing.

That the heating in my room wasn't turned on when I arrived, so it took a few hours to warm up. Additionally, the public areas were a bit cold due to open doors, which let in a chilly draught.

Noisy coach house disturbed sleep.

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be convenient as it was situated on a steep slope, offering a lovely view of the surrounding area. We were able to easily access some good sites nearby. The restaurant at 1pm was bustling with activity, and the staff seemed to be doing everything they could to accommodate all the guests. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. the hotel offered a range of facilities and room advantages, such as a spa and gym, making our stay enjoyable.

We did notice that the pillows provided were not particularly comfortable.

Had a great city break! the pool and jacuzzi facilities were spot on, and the staff were more than accommodating. the bar had a good selection of drinks, at reasonable prices too. the hotel was also situated in a great location, really close to all the local attractions and landmarks we wanted to visit. We particularly enjoyed the bright and spacious bedroom - felt really relaxing after a long day sightseeing!

One small issue was the lack of power of the hairdryers - they took a while to dry my hair. the bed was at a bit of an odd angle, but this wasn't too much of an issue.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town center and not too far from the coastline. It's also conveniently close to Pembrey country park, which is great for families. The staff were super nice and very friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom that had all the expected facilities. I especially loved the fact that the bathroom had a bathtub and no frosted glass. Additionally, the price was great value for money, with breakfast included. I had a wonderful experience.

The only minor aspect that could be improved is the availability of rooms with bath facilities.
