Excellent Staff and Location the experience at this inn was elevated by the exceptional staff members and the prime location in Knaresborough. the maintenance issues in the rooms, such as weak water pressure and noisy pipes, could be improved to enhance guests' overall comfort.

clean rooms with direct outside access for dogs, and friendly staff. the inn is close to pretty gardens with a view. excellent food at the storm restaurant. ben helped with a special vegetarian meal request.

the make-over this Inn has undergone truly impressed me, making my experience exceptionally enjoyable. I stayed in a spacious and clean annex room, with the added convenience of parking right outside. the breakfast was excellent, and the teapot and decent size mugs were a delightful touch. the competitive rate I received made this stay an outstanding value for money. I was thoroughly pleased with my time at the Inn.

One minor issue I encountered was the lack of hotel information in the room, including the menu guide and Wi-Fi password.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk into the center and the railway station. the staff were very good, with excellent service. the rooms were ultra clean, perfect for a light sleeper. Breakfast was top-notch, with a good selection of cold and hot foods.

Recently refurbished Inn - the Inn Collection Group in a convenient location for a short walk into town. Excellent breakfast, comfortable and clean room with a quiet ambiance. Attentive and polite staff, accommodating room change promptly.

Just stayed in a hotel by a beautiful river and town centre. the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY, but the room was too hot at night. the breakfast was the highlight! Would go back for that alone. Photos don't do justice to the lovely garden area.
