The spa experience was worth it! the receptionist was cheerful and provided excellent customer service. the meals in the evening and breakfast were of a high standard and had a wide selection. the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible.

The shower didn't drain properly and almost flooded the room. these issues affected the comfort and convenience of the stay.

New Year at this hotel was a lovely experience. the complimentary bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch, and the breakfast included in the package was a great start to the day. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with beautiful walks nearby. the view of the lake from the room added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Sadly, the accessible room was not as accommodating as we hoped. the entrance door had a lip and there was no wheelchair access to the dining room, causing some difficulty for us.

the hotel in farnham was a great place to stay, with spacious rooms and a beautiful view of the pond. the staff was extremely courteous and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. the food at the restaurant was delicious and the location was perfect for a relaxing walk around the lake in the morning.

Seating in the bar area was limited, which made it a bit difficult to find a table.

As backpackers, we loved the stunning location by the pond, with beautiful views and plenty of walking routes nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had adjustable heating. The staff were friendly and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The hotel had a lovely restaurant and bar with ample seating.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent - efficient, cheerful and friendly - both on Reception and in the bar and restaurant. We did have a couple of issues to start with, but I could not fault the way the staff dealt with the problems and sorted them out. The room was big and very comfortable with a big, comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, but we did sleep well. The breakfast was okay, although we would have liked some fruit. The setting and view over the pond were amazing, and we enjoyed sitting outside with our drinks, watching the wildlife. this place exceeded our expectations.
