I booked a double room for a naughty weekend away with my girlfriend and we had a fantastic time at Best Western. The staff were fabulous, making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were huge, comfortable, and clean with lovely wood panelling. The breakfast was delicious and the bar had a great atmosphere. Parking was easy and the location was convenient. a great stay that I would highly recommend!

Had a bit of an issue upon arrival as we arrived late and couldn't find the entrance. It was completely dark and there was no signage or instructions. Ended up sleeping in the car all night. However, the manager was apologetic and understanding in the morning. I'll recommend this hotel.

The location was lovely and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the receptionist to the chef and waitress at breakfast. The food served here was excellent, with high quality and flavorful options. We were also impressed by the fast and reliable wifi.

This hotel truly impressed us with its friendly and accommodating welcome, exuding a lovely charm throughout. The spaciousness of Room 2 was astonishing, complete with a bath for a luxurious touch. We were delighted by the generous tea and coffee facilities in the room, ensuring we felt right at home. The breakfast offered excellent value, with a wide choice of hot food and delicious sausages and bacon. The staff’s attention to detail was evident in the well-thought-out menu. We were also pleased to find a cozy small bar on the premises and convenient parking facilities.

We recently stayed at Best Western and had a wonderful experience. the room was quiet and well-appointed, and even though we arrived late, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. the highlight of our stay was the excellent cooked-to-order breakfast. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the peaceful location. Our ground floor room was perfect for my disabled granddaughter. the hotel grounds were pleasant and spacious, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. the staff, though still learning, were friendly and attentive, genuinely eager to assist in any way they could. We appreciated their efforts and found the service to be very good.

The hotel had a great location near the city center and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast was delicious.

The walls and floors were quite thin, leading to a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and hallway. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy our romantic escape.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even opened up the bar for us when we returned from town. The breakfast was delicious and the service was attentive. I also appreciated the quiet location of the hotel, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, as there were some overlooked areas. Additionally, the size of the shower room was quite small.

They were helpful, polite, and genuinely nice people to speak with. the cleanliness and comfort of the bedroom and bathroom were exceptional, even for someone as picky as myself. the bed was an absolute delight to sleep in and the food was fresh and wonderfully cooked. I was so pleased with my stay that I even booked an extra night. This hotel definitely deserves top ratings and I will make sure to stay here whenever I am in the area.
