The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was, considering its location near the town center.

The water pressure in the bathroom was quite poor, making it difficult to take a proper shower. the room itself was a bit dated and could use some refurbishment.

I had a fantastic Christmas lunch at Best Western. Even though we were a party of four, they were able to accommodate a fifth person at short notice and provided us with a larger table. The gentleman serving us welcomed us with mulled wine, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The food was cooked to perfection and there was plenty to go around. They even offered sorbet after the starter, which was a delightful surprise. The staff provided cheerful service and gave us the right amount of time between courses. the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I would definitely book again, especially considering the reasonable price for a Christmas Day meal.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town, close to shops and attractions. The breakfast in the restaurant was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The room had a good size and the bathroom was spacious. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout my stay.

We had a first floor room in the older part of the hotel, which was clean and comfortable. the bed and linen were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was also great, and the location near the restaurants and pubs was convenient. There was ample free off-street parking, and the staff even helped us with our luggage.

great romantic weekend in swaffham! best western exceeded our expectations—nice and clean, friendly staff, delicious food, and comfy bed. perfect location for exploring norfolk. we loved the big planters of flowers in the car park and the continental breakfast. definitely going back!

My recent stay at the George Hotel in Swaffham was excellent. the staff were outstanding, providing polite and helpful service throughout my stay. the meals served at the hotel were all excellent, and I found the location to be convenient, with both Kings Lynn and Norwich within easy commuting distance. the hotel offered great value for money, and I particularly appreciated the free parking provided.
