We had a fantastic stay at Best Western Glenridding Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our safety during these uncertain times and the hotel was meticulously clean. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and beautiful countryside. The lounge and bar area were inviting and the atmosphere was warm and friendly.

We had a great stay at this place! The location was unbeatable, right on the lakeside with stunning views. We especially enjoyed dining in the lovely Orangery restaurant, as well as taking walks along the banks of the lake just across the lane. The service was fantastic, with staff who really went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel offered excellent amenities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and a garden area. Wi-Fi and free parking were also provided, which was very convenient. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The only downside to this place was that the staff were very unhelpful and need to be trained in customer service. However, despite this, we would still highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast included was excellent, with a wide selection of choices. The staff were friendly and happy to serve. The hotel had amazing facilities, including a bar with a pool table and good outside space. The location was perfect, with the option to sit in the Bistro or enjoy a meal in the lovely Orangery restaurant in the Inn on the Lake.

The pillows in the room were uncomfortable and gave us all stiff necks.

The Ullswater Inn offers a great location, situated right on the water with a short walk to the pier. The surrounding area provides lots of activities to enjoy. The breakfast at the hotel is very good, with a lovely big breakfast room that ensures guests never leave hungry. The bar in the beck side offers a relaxed atmosphere and the lake view rooms provide a pleasant view of the surrounding area.

Some staff members appeared uninterested in their work and the food menu offered at the hotel was quite basic compared to neighboring establishments.

Our stay at The Ullswater Inn was great value for money. The room, although small, was clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would have been more variety in the choices offered.
