We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and provided a professional guest experience. The rooms were extremely clean and well-appointed, with modern bathrooms and a mix of old-style and modern bedrooms. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the motorways and Bristol city centre. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the evening meal and breakfast were fantastic. The hotel is set in a pretty garden and is within walking distance of a large park, perfect for dog walking and outdoor activities.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bristol and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Best Western were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. Despite some traffic noise, the hotel was overall peaceful. The location was lovely, with good facilities and excellent food. I had initially planned to eat out, but the hotel restaurant was so good that I ended up dining there for the duration of my stay. The breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of choices including a continental spread and a full English breakfast. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and customer service at this small, personal hotel.

Honestly, I can say that there wasn't anything that I didn't like about my stay. 👍

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and modern. We loved that it was conveniently located near a beautiful park, perfect for a Xmas morning walk, and near a newly renovated pub with a great atmosphere. Another plus was the delicious continental breakfast that was included with the room. a lovely Xmas getaway!

That the parking was a bit difficult when it got busy, but we managed to find a spot in the end. Also, there was some noise from traffic, but it wasn't too bothersome.
