Mixed Experience with Room Renovations

the unrenovated rooms were lacking in terms of cleanliness and overall appeal, detracting from the overall experience at the hotel.

We were disappointed when the hot tub was out of action with a cold water hose running into it, overflowing into the pool. Despite this, our room was unexpectedly spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight.

The database provided was comprehensive and easy to navigate, making it simple to find all the information needed for my project. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable furniture and a large workspace.

I noticed that the carpet in the room was stained in some areas, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the space.

The location is convenient, only 20 minutes from Cardiff City Center. Sparkly lights in the ceiling create a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a wedding party. the staff are welcoming and provide dairy alternatives for breakfast.

At my favorite spot, the staff kindly helped me with a forgotten hairbrush. It has all I need - Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. there's an Indoor swimming pool and various spa treatments. Coming back for the New Year!

Had a great stay at the hotel recently! the ongoing renovations have really uplifted the atmosphere - rooms and public spaces are now bright and inviting. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved having the spa to ourselves and the thoughtful gesture of providing wine glasses and an ice bucket. the room we got was top-notch, with a beautiful garden view and a jacuzzi tub - pure magic!

There were some downsides. Not being informed about the renovations was a letdown.

The kids had a blast at the game room, while my wife and I enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. the pool area was perfect for family fun, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. a great family-friendly hotel experience!

My wife says that having more kid-friendly meal options on the menu would be beneficial for families with children.

the staff, especially the young dining room member, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. the clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable. the pool, sauna, and steam room were a highlight, and the breakfast, once self-served, was tasty.

The village diner - 0.52 km a stone's throw away is proper lush for a local bite. Rustle up some tasty stopover memories with dishes bursting with Welsh pride. the accessibility for wheelchair users and spacious rooms make exploring Bridgend a real doddle.

Whilst the hotel's refurbishment may be causing a bit of a stir, the team's blinding effort to solve hiccups shines through. Though brekkie service had a rough patch, a local nosh-up soon sorted any grumble.

Great staff, spacious rooms, delicious food, fantastic refurbishment, wide breakfast selection.

I always return here for holiday. At first visit, staff helped me find the right way. This place suits me perfectly; it has all I need like Free Wi-Fi, Indoor pool, Full body massage, and Pets allowed. I never regret staying here.

The spa pool, sauna, and steam room provided a retreat like no other. Stepping into the spa pool felt like entering a secret oasis, where the worries of the day melted away in the soothing warmth, just as a hug from a long-lost friend brings comfort and joy. Cons: Toilet roll holder frustration.
