We had a fantastic family stay at a hotel with a superb location right across from the stunning beach. The room was clean and spacious, with breathtaking sea views. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the newly renovated bar area and the convenience of having a lift. It was a wonderful experience overall.

The swimming pool looked a bit dated and we didn't use it.

We had a fantastic family room with stunning bay views. Easy parking, friendly and cheerful staff. The path to the beach, right opposite the hotel, is the best I've seen. Lots of interesting activities for the kids - sand, cliffs, coves, rock pools, and even archeological remains. Plus, a good choice for breakfast.

Noisy mornings due to early deliveries.

As a family, we stayed at this small hotel for a short beach getaway. It was easy to access the beach from the hotel, which also had a nice bar and seating area. The room was small but comfortable, and the gluten-free breakfast options were a welcome bonus. We were pleased to find a large car park that was free to use, as well as a nice lift. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, enhancing our overall experience. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to local amenities and shops, making it a great location for our stay.

Like they say, the third time's the charm! My recent stay at Best Western in Newquay was absolutely delightful. The staff, especially Colin, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our family had a smooth and personalized experience. Our spacious room with a sea view was perfect, and the staff even accommodated our request to put the beds together for our little one. The location was fantastic, just a minute away from Tolcarne Beach and within walking distance of the train station and restaurants. Highly recommended! Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

We did encounter a matter-of-fact and unhelpful employee during check-in, who did not follow up on their promise to call our room. the hotel has an old-world charm, but some parts could benefit from a bit of updating to improve the overall experience.

I arrived at Best Western and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They even checked if my room was ready when I arrived early. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the beautiful Tolcarne Beach. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Although the rooms could do with an update in terms of decor, some were already being painted during my stay. But considering the welcoming atmosphere, great location, and amazing food, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I had a wonderful experience at Best Western.
