I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and I was impressed with how well-maintained the surroundings were. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I had a beautiful room with a big bath and lovely windows that offered a breathtaking view of the Wiltshire Downs. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy transportation options, including a short walk to the train station that took me to Bath in just 15 minutes. The staff, from check-in to the restaurant, provided fantastic service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, from the cleanliness to the comfortable bedding and pillows.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious, and the bed was big and comfy. the bathroom was a good size and everything worked well. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the beautiful views and well-maintained grounds were a treat to walk around. the location was perfect for my visit, and I enjoyed strolling around the vineyard.

the bin hadn't been emptied in my room, and the floor in the ensuite was dirty. However, the manager was quick to apologize and rectify the situation.
