The location and view were perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were well furnished and equipped. The food was delicious and accommodating. The cleanliness was exceptional. The owners treated us like friends.

The room was impeccably clean and had great amenities like a shoe shine and mini sewing kit. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. The hotel's location provided stunning views of the Solent and easy access to the beach. I couldn't recommend this hotel more for its exceptional service and beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful stay at a small hotel in Cowes. the staff at this Best Western were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. We were impressed by the wide variety of breakfast options, which were delicious and served promptly. the dining room provided stunning views of the Solent, making our meals even more enjoyable. We were originally planning to dine out, but after our first superb dinner at the hotel, we decided to stick with this hidden gem. the hotel also had a lovely terrace overlooking the Solent, perfect for pre-dinner drinks or morning coffee. We were even lucky enough to witness a sea plane landing and taking off. it was a fantastic experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

We recently stayed at Best Western in Cowes for a weekend getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They surprised us with treats for our dog, Easter eggs, and even a birthday card for my husband. They even took care of our dog when we went out for lunch. The customer service from David and Kathy was outstanding, catering to our every whim with a smile. The hotel had high standards of cleanliness and the food was excellent. The location on the edge of town with a view of the Solent was perfect.

Like many others, I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home. The breakfast and dinner options are delicious, and the dining area boasts lovely views across the bay.

The wifi in the rooms could use improvement.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with stunning views of The Solent from the restaurant. The location is perfect, facing Southampton across the water, and it's just a short walk into Cowes high street with its great pubs, restaurants, and shops. The staff are friendly and provide basic amenities in the rooms, including fluffy towels, complimentary bottled water, dark chocolate mints, tea, coffee. The breakfast is a help-yourself continental with cereals, and I enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the yachts while enjoying an excellent quality and piping-hot breakfast.

Stunning views of the Solent and fascinating ships and boats provide a restful and interesting break. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and have a useful ceiling fan for warm nights. The hotel food is surprisingly good, with generous portions and great views from the dining room. The staff are efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The room was a bit small and the window only opened partially. The limited availability of plug sockets and slow WiFi could be improved.
