I had a fantastic one-night stay at the Best Western Plus Delmere Hotel. The staff were incredibly charming, always smiling, and went above and beyond to assist me. The room was spotlessly clean and well-designed, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was superb, just a short walk away from Paddington Station and plenty of restaurants and shops. I was impressed with the exceptional value for money and would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great, with many eateries nearby in Little Venice. It was also very close to Paddington station, serving various train and underground lines. The room and bathroom were clean, but quite small. The breakfast was adequate with continental options but nothing spectacular.

The lack of sound-proofing in the hotel made it difficult to sleep, with noisy guests and doors slamming during the night.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to help their guests. the complimentary printing service was really convenient for printing important documents. the hotel is conveniently located near a major transport hub, making it easy to get around the city. One of the best things was the great breakfast selection that was offered, it kept me going throughout the day.

The hotel is quite small and the rooms might be too compact for some people. the lift was broken during my stay which meant carrying my luggage upstairs, however, the staff was very helpful.
