The breakfast and evening meal were excellent with attentive staff. The hotel staff were great and accommodating. The room was lovely, with a huge bed and nice bathroom. The hotel is in a fabulous location, right by a beautiful park and a short walk from the town.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel with a beautiful outlook and garden. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, just across the river from Ironbridge, and close to Bewdley. It offers a quiet environment and is practically attached to a lovely park. Despite being in a quiet area, it is still conveniently close to the center of Ironbridge. Guests have mentioned comfortable rooms with amenities such as a 4 poster bed and a bathroom on a higher level. The friendly and efficient service provided by the staff left a positive impression on visitors. The food, both for dinner and breakfast, was well-cooked and plentiful.

Some guests were disappointed to find out about a large party taking place at the hotel during their stay, which affected the atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Best Western Valley Hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to Ironbridge and other attractions, as well as shops and cafes. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant served fantastic food. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. I also had the opportunity to attend a wedding at the hotel, which was beautifully arranged and the staff provided great service. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again.

Had a really great New Year's stay, everything was very well thought out and followed. We especially enjoyed the lovely location and proximity to the town centre - perfect for a short walk. the staff were very friendly and helpful with good recommendations of what to do in the area. the gardens down by the river were very peaceful and ideal for a leisurely stroll. We also loved the delicious food in the restaurant and the lovely bar with a great hot chocolate.

That the room we had was quite small, and we struggled to pass each other comfortably. We wish we had been given a slightly larger room or told at check-in that we could have requested this.
