We had a great night just off Eccleston square, close to the Victoria Palace theatre. The hotel's location allows us to explore the main attractions of the city by foot. The room was clean, and the bed and bathroom were sufficient. The Front desk staff was helpful, warm, and efficient. Moreover, the breakfast staff was attentive to our needs and provided a variety of tasty options.

The cups and spoons in the room were not completely clean, and the noise from the door banging was disruptive at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western. As a family of two, we were pleased with the spacious family room and clean bathroom. The location was perfect, with a Tesco and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and the average price of 115€ per night was reasonable for the center. We also appreciated the excellent tea/coffee facilities and the helpful reception staff who went out of their way to accommodate our request for a room in the main building. This will definitely be our go-to hotel in the future!

The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes away from Victoria train station, making it easy to explore all of London. The hotel is situated in a nice safe neighborhood and it was quiet and peaceful during my stay. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The room was well-equipped with all the facilities I needed and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was effective, keeping the room cool. Plus, the price was reasonable and included breakfast, which was a nice bonus!

The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many London attractions. The staff went above and beyond to move us to a quieter room when we had an issue with noise. Although the rooms were small, they were clean and comfortable for our short stay. I would recommend this hotel.

It was within walking distance to popular attractions like Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square. We were also impressed with the availability of water and snacks in the small reception area.

This hotel is excellent value for money. It's centrally located in a quiet area just 5 minutes away from the train station, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the rooms had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

My new year stay was superb! the hotel has great complimentary services: coffee and tea all day and night, plus tasty biscuits in the afternoon. the location is prime, close to public transport and must-see sights. Plus, the cozy lounge was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Sadly, the room size was quite cramped and the breakfast options were quite limited.
